2. WHY DO WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION?
Mobile View will process your data for the following purposes:
2.1. Customer management and order processing:
The processing of your data is necessary for the purposes of authentication, issuance of invoices and processing of orders within the scope of the execution and execution of the purchase and sale contracts concluded, as well as for the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested or contracted.
Your data will be kept for this purpose for 2 years. Customers' personal data may also be processed by Mobile View for the purpose of managing litigation. The legal basis is the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of Mobile View and the data will be kept for the period necessary to exercise the respective rights.
2.2. Marketing
Mobile View may process your data to send you marketing communications, (including news, sales, promotions, events, information about products and services, exclusive offersfor customers and satisfaction questionnaires about the services provided), through email and SMS.
This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, provided through the appropriate form on our website. Failure to provide your personal data (in this case, your email/mobile phone number) makes it impossible for Mobile View to send you commercial communications.

The holder of the personal data has the right to obtain from Mobile View confirmation as to whether or not the data concerning him or her is being processed and, where applicable, to access his or her personal data and access the information provided for by law.
RIGHT TO ERASURE ("RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN")

RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
