2. WHY DO WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION? 

Mobile View will process your data for the following purposes:  

2.1. Customer management and order processing:

The processing of your data is necessary for the purposes of authentication, issuance of invoices and processing of orders within the scope of the execution and execution of the purchase and sale contracts concluded, as well as for the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested or contracted.  

Your data will be kept for this purpose for 2 years. Customers' personal data may also be processed by Mobile View for the purpose of managing litigation. The legal basis is the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of Mobile View and the data will be kept for the period necessary to exercise the respective rights.

2.2. Marketing  

Mobile View may process your data to send you marketing communications, (including news, sales, promotions, events, information about products and services, exclusive offersfor customers and satisfaction questionnaires about the services provided), through email and SMS.

This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, provided through the appropriate form on our website. Failure to provide your personal data (in this case, your email/mobile phone number) makes it impossible for Mobile View to send you commercial communications.

Your data will be kept for this purpose only for the period of time strictly necessary to carry out the purpose for which you collected them or, as the case may be, until you exercise your right to object or right to erasure. After this retention period, Mobile View deletes your personal data.

2.3. Management of complaints and contacts received by Mobile View

You can send us by calling +351 928 114 581 (weekdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) or by e-mail [email protected] suggestions or complaints regarding the services provided by Mobile View. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Mobile View's legitimate interests and your consent. Mobile View collects your data to analyze and resolve the situation underlying your suggestion or complaint.

For this purpose, your data will be kept for the time necessary to resolve your question, and up to a maximum period of 2 years from the submission of the suggestion or complaint.  

3. WILL MY INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH OTHERS?  

Your information may be disclosed to third-party service providers.

If you are our customer or supplier, your personal data may be processed by companies subcontracted by Mobile View, namely for the hosting of our website, emails, distribution and collection of orders, insurance on the equipment purchased, billing platforms and payment processing platforms. Only the personal data necessary for the provision of the service in question will be provided.

Your personal data may also be accessed by internal and external auditors to Mobile View, with the guarantee that they are kept confidential and will not be used for purposes other than audits.

Your data will only be processed within the European Union.
